Garlic stir-fried okra is one of those stir-fried vegetable dishes no family meal should be without. It is refreshing, whets the appetite and goes wonderfully with rice. The okra is fragrant, coated all over with crispy, golden-edged fried garlic, full of flavour and not slimy at all. Best of all, with this method, not only adults but kids will love it too.
