Unsweetened fresh milk 220 ml
Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
Eggs 4 piece
Flan moulds 5 piece
White granulated sugar 100 g
Jelly powder (konjac type) 10 g
Fresh coconut water 1 l
Implementation Steps
01
Make the flan: warm 220 ml of milk. Whisk 4 eggs with 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, slowly pour in the warm milk, stir gently and strain through a sieve. Pour into the 5 flan moulds and steam over a low heat for about 20 minutes until set, then leave to cool.
02
Make the jelly: mix 10 g of konjac jelly powder with 100 g of sugar, add it to 1 l of fresh coconut water and leave to soak for 10–15 minutes, then bring to the boil, stirring until the powder has completely dissolved.
03
Pour a layer of jelly into a large mould (or glasses). When the surface has just set, place an unmoulded flan in the middle, then pour in more jelly to cover it.
04
Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
