Ingredients
Macaroni 100 g
Ground beef 150 g
Grated parmesan 25 g
Cheese 100 g
Fresh milk 70 ml
Red wine 50 ml
Onion 1 piece
Carrots 1 piece
Tomatoes 1 piece
Celery 1 stalk
Garlic 2 clove
Thyme 5 g
Implementation Steps
01
- Boil the macaroni with 1/3 tablespoon of salt. When cooked, drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl and stir in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so it doesn't stick together.
02
- Dice the onion, celery and carrots.
- Finely mince the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan. When it's hot, stir-fry the onion, celery and carrots for about 3 minutes, then add the garlic and beef and stir-fry together.
03
- When the beef is cooked, add the milk and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- When the milk has almost cooked off, add the red wine, chopped tomatoes and finely minced thyme.
04
- Stir until the tomatoes are soft and everything is well combined.
- Season with 1/2 tablespoon of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of sugar and simmer for another 20 minutes.
05
- Add the macaroni to the pan, stir for another 2 minutes, then pour into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle a layer of grated parmesan and cheese over the top and bake at 250°C for about 6 minutes.
06
- Your dish is ready. It's best eaten hot.
Have a cozy evening!
