Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon leaves 3 sprig
Ginger 1 piece
Implementation Steps
01
Wash the pork ribs and chop them into small pieces (you can also ask the butcher at the market to do this for you!), then blanch them briefly in boiling water. Rinse them clean in a bowl of fresh water.
Put the rock sugar in a large pot with 3 bowls of water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, add the ginger and ribs.
02
After the ribs have simmered in the sugar water for a while, add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Wash and peel the daikon, then cut it into small bite-sized chunks.
After about 20 minutes of braising, add the daikon to the pot and keep simmering.
