Easy
Ingredients
Beef 150 g
Carrots 2 piece
Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 piece
Salt 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
Lemongrass 1 stalk
Implementation Steps
01
Wash all the ingredients. Peel the carrots and cut them into small bite-sized cubes. Do the same with the beef, cutting it into small cubes so it doesn't turn tough.
Peel the other aromatics and simmer them in a small pot of water. Once the water has boiled for 2 minutes, add the beef; when it's still a little pink, lift it out into a bowl and let it cool.
02
Pour oil into a pan; when it's hot, add the sugar and cook for about 3 more minutes. Then add the finely chopped garlic and ginger, followed by the fish sauce, salt and finally the beef. After about 10 minutes, add the carrots and cook for another 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Taste before you turn off the heat so the dish suits your palate.

03
