Bitter melon 3 piece
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Vegetarian seasoning powder 2 teaspoon
Coconut water 30 ml
Carrot 1 piece
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
White sugar 1 tablespoon
Implementation Steps
01
Wash the bitter melon and cut it into rings about 1cm thick. Remove the pith and seeds. Bring a bowl of water to the boil in a pot. As soon as it boils, blanch the tofu for 1–2 minutes. Lift it out and drain. Divide the tofu into 2–3 portions and squeeze it dry in a piece of muslin. Mix the tofu with the carrot, wood ear mushrooms, glass noodles, vegetarian seasoning powder and pepper.

02
Stuff the tofu mixture into each bitter melon ring. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the bitter melon rings on both sides. Stir the remaining ingredients together to make the sauce and pour it into the pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes so the bitter melon absorbs the sauce.
